The Fossoli Campus, located at 7 Via Fossoli, enjoys a strategic position within the city, offering convenient access to the main road network while remaining just a short distance from the city centre. A supermarket is also within easy walking distance.
The residence occupies the top floor of a school building and consists of a single accommodation unit with 23 beds. Of these, 15 beds are available at the Standard Reduced Rate (TMR): 3 single rooms (including 1 fully accessible room) and 12 beds in double rooms. The remaining 8 beds in double rooms are offered at the Right to Study (DSU) subsidised rate, reserved for eligible high-achieving students according to the criteria established by the Italian Ministry of University and Research (MUR). Most rooms feature a private balcony with beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Residents also have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen, a TV lounge, a relaxation area, a dedicated study and reading room, and a laundry room with free-to-use washing machines. All our campuses comply with the DNSH (Do No Significant Harm) principle and are designed with sustainability and maximum energy efficiency in mind, using energy generated entirely from renewable sources.
