\nTo this end, POLIHOUSE S.r.l.\u00a0develops and manages\u00a0Student Residences designed\u00a0to provide Residents\u00a0with a safe, functional and study-oriented living environment.

3. Purpose of\u00a0the Student Residences<\/h3>\n

\n– to provide high-quality accommodation for students enrolled in university degree programmes;
\n– to support the right to higher education, including through accommodation reserved for students entitled to financial aid and student welfare benefits;
\n– to ensure an orderly, safe and study-friendly living environment;
\n– to provide suitable conditions for daily life and social interaction;
\n– to cooperate with universities, student welfare organizations and competent public institutions through agreements and partnerships.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text css=””]The Student Residences\u00a0are\u00a0not\u00a0residential colleges offering\u00a0compulsory educational\u00a0or training programmes. \n– convenient access to the Lecco Campus of Politecnico di Milano;
\n– easy access to public transportation services;
\n– proximity to the city’s main public services and amenities;

5. Accommodation Facilities<\/h3>\n

5.1 Accommodation Capacity<\/h5>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”30px”][vc_column_text css=””]The two Student Residences provide a total of\u00a076 bed spaces, allocated as follows:
\n– 24 bed spaces reserved for students eligible for University Financial Aid (DSU \u2013 Diritto allo Studio Universitario);
\n– 52 bed spaces allocated to students admitted under the Reduced Average Rate (TMR \u2013 Tariffa Media Ridotta) scheme.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”30px”][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n

5.2 Types of\u00a0Accommodation<\/h5>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”30px”][vc_column_text css=””]The accommodation options vary depending on the Residence. Available options include\u00a0units with a\u00a0private kitchen as\u00a0well as units\u00a0without kitchen facilities.\u00a0Accommodation consists\u00a0of:[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text css=””]- single rooms with either private bathrooms or bathrooms shared within the accommodation unit;
\n– shared double rooms;
\n– loft-style rooms with shared bathrooms serving either the individual room or the entire accommodation unit.
\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”30px”][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n

5.3 Room Facilities<\/h5>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”30px”][vc_column_text css=””]Accommodation units are fully furnished and equipped, according to the assigned room type, with:[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text css=””]- bed;
\n– wardrobe and storage space;
\n– desk and chair for study;
\n– Internet connection;
\n– bathroom facilities;

6. Common Areas<\/h3>\n

\nThe\u00a0Student Residences are\u00a0equipped with fully\u00a0furnished shared kitchens\u00a0where Residents may\u00a0independently prepare their\u00a0meals, as well\u00a0as dining areas\u00a0intended for meal\u00a0consumption and social\u00a0interaction.

6.1 Kitchens and\u00a0Dining Areas<\/h5>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”30px”][vc_column_text css=””]Where accommodation units\u00a0include a private\u00a0kitchen or kitchenette, Residents assigned to\u00a0those units may\u00a0prepare and consume\u00a0their meals independently.
\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text css=””]The use of\u00a0kitchens and dining\u00a0areas must comply\u00a0with the rules\u00a0of community living, the operational procedures\u00a0established by the\u00a0Managing Entity, and\u00a0the provisions set\u00a0forth in the\u00a0Student Residence Regulations.

6.2 Study and Social Areas<\/h5>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text css=””]The Residences include:
\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”30px”][vc_column_text css=””]- study rooms;
\n– common areas for individual and group activities;
\n– TV lounges;
\n– relaxation areas;
\n– spaces dedicated to social interaction and leisure activities.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text css=””]These areas are\u00a0designed\u00a0to promote academic\u00a0study, collaboration among\u00a0Residents and a\u00a0positive residential living\u00a0experience.

6.3 Additional Services<\/h5>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”30px”][vc_column_text css=””]The Student Residences\u00a0may provide additional\u00a0services intended to\u00a0enhance the quality\u00a0of residential life\u00a0and encourage opportunities\u00a0for social interaction\u00a0and community building\u00a0among Residents.
\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text css=””]A\u00a0bar service\u00a0is available at\u00a0Campus Ghislanzoni\u00a0for Residents and\u00a0other users authorized\u00a0to access the\u00a0service under the\u00a0conditions established\u00a0by the Managing\u00a0Entity.
\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text css=””]These additional services\u00a0may be operated\u00a0directly by the\u00a0Managing Entity or\u00a0by authorized third-party providers, in accordance with\u00a0specific operating procedures, opening hours and\u00a0conditions of use.
\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text css=””]Information regarding the\u00a0services available at\u00a0each Residence is\u00a0communicated to Residents\u00a0through the information\u00a0channels designated\u00a0by the Managing\u00a0Entity.

Parcel Collection Point<\/h5>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”30px”][vc_column_text css=””]Each Residence provides\u00a0a designated collection\u00a0point for parcels\u00a0addressed to Residents, in accordance with\u00a0the procedures\u00a0established by the\u00a0Managing Entity.
\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text css=””]At\u00a0Campus Ghislanzoni, the designated parcel\u00a0collection point is\u00a0the residence bar, where Residents may\u00a0collect delivered parcels.
\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text css=””]At\u00a0Campus Fossoli, parcels may be\u00a0delivered directly to\u00a0the Residence according\u00a0to the procedures\u00a0communicated to Residents, provided that the\u00a0necessary delivery information\u00a0is correctly indicated.
\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text css=””]This service is\u00a0intended to\u00a0facilitate the management\u00a0of deliveries and\u00a0provide Residents with\u00a0a reliable point\u00a0of reference for\u00a0receiving parcels.
\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text css=””]Residents are responsible\u00a0for providing accurate\u00a0delivery information and\u00a0collecting\u00a0their parcels in\u00a0accordance with the\u00a0procedures and timeframes\u00a0established by the\u00a0Managing Entity.

7. Resident Services<\/h3>\n

7.1 Residence Operations\u00a0Coordinator<\/h5>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”30px”][vc_column_text css=””]Each Student Residence\u00a0has an\u00a0Operations Coordinator\u00a0who serves as\u00a0the primary point\u00a0of contact for\u00a0the day-to-day management of\u00a0residential life and\u00a0for supporting\u00a0the proper use\u00a0of facilities and\u00a0services.
\nThe Operations Coordinator is responsible, in particular, for:
\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text css=””]- monitoring the general condition of common areas;
\n– providing operational support to Residents in matters related to daily residential life;
\n– receiving reports concerning faults, maintenance issues or operational needs and forwarding them to the Management of POLIHOUSE S.r.l.;
\n– supporting the proper use of the Residence’s facilities and services.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text css=””]In urgent situations\u00a0or whenever there\u00a0is a potential\u00a0risk to the\u00a0safety of individuals\u00a0or the building\u2014including, by way\u00a0of example, water\u00a0leaks, electrical failures, system malfunctions or\u00a0other hazardous situations\u2014Residents may promptly\u00a0contact the Residence\u00a0Operations Coordinator\u00a0using the contact\u00a0methods communicated by\u00a0the Managing Entity.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text css=””]The Operations Coordinator\u00a0acts under the\u00a0direction of the\u00a0Management of POLIHOUSE\u00a0S.r.l. and does not\u00a0perform administrative\u00a0management functions or\u00a0assume overall responsibility\u00a0for the Residence.
\nPOLIHOUSE S.r.l. provides administrative\u00a0and management support\u00a0services to assist\u00a0Residents with organizational\u00a0matters related to\u00a0their stay.

7.2 Administrative and\u00a0Management Support for\u00a0Residents<\/h5>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”30px”][vc_column_text css=””]POLIHOUSE S.r.l. provides administrative and management support services to assist Residents with organizational matters related to their stay.
\nThe service includes, in particular:[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text css=””]- managing communications with Residents;
\n– receiving and processing administrative and organizational requests;
\n– managing procedures relating to check-in, the period of residence and check-out;
\n– handling contractual matters related to the accommodation agreement;
\n– providing information regarding Residence services and their use.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text css=””]Contact details and\u00a0access procedures for\u00a0these services are\u00a0communicated to Residents\u00a0through the information\u00a0channels designated by\u00a0the Managing Entity.
\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”30px”][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n

7.3 Cleaning Services<\/h5>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]The Student Residences provide cleaning services to ensure appropriate standards of hygiene, safety and environmental quality.
\nThe following services are provided:[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”30px”][vc_column_text css=””]- regular cleaning of common areas, carried out by the Managing Entity according to the established operational schedule and frequency;
\n– weekly cleaning of accommodation units, which is mandatory for all Residents and carried out in accordance with the procedures communicated by the Managing Entity.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text css=””]The accommodation cleaning\u00a0service is subject\u00a0to the fee\u00a0established in the\u00a0current schedule of\u00a0service charges and\u00a0is payable by\u00a0the Resident.
\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text css=””]Residents are\u00a0required to cooperate\u00a0in maintaining the\u00a0cleanliness and orderly\u00a0condition of the\u00a0areas they use, in accordance with\u00a0the Student Residence\u00a0Regulations.
\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text css=””]A shared laundry\u00a0facility is available\u00a0to all Residents. Depending on the\u00a0characteristics of each\u00a0Residence, it is\u00a0equipped with washing\u00a0machines,\u00a0tumble dryers and\u00a0areas designated for\u00a0the independent management\u00a0of personal laundry.
\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”30px”][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n

7.4 Laundry Facilities<\/h5>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”30px”][vc_column_text css=””]A shared laundry facility is available to all Residents. Depending on the characteristics of each Residence, it is equipped with washing machines, tumble dryers and areas designated for the independent management of personal laundry.
\nThe laundry facilities are intended for shared use by all Residents.
\nThe operating procedures, including any scheduling criteria, opening hours or booking requirements, are established by the Managing Entity and communicated to Residents.
\nResidents are required to use the equipment responsibly and in accordance with the rules of community living and the provisions of the Student Residence Regulations.

7.5 Internet Connectivity<\/h5>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”30px”][vc_column_text css=””]The Student Residences are equipped with a network infrastructure providing Internet access to Residents in accordance with the technical and operational procedures established by the Managing Entity.
\nThe service includes:[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text css=””]- wired Ethernet connection, where available;
\n– Wi-Fi Internet access.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text css=””]The network must\u00a0be used in\u00a0compliance\u00a0with applicable laws\u00a0and the provisions\u00a0set forth in\u00a0the Student Residence\u00a0Regulations.

8. Facility Services and Environmental Sustainability<\/h3>\n

\n– management of reports concerning faults, defects and malfunctions;
\n– monitoring of safety conditions;
\n– the proper management and use of common areas;
\n– ongoing monitoring of the overall condition of the Residences.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text css=””]Maintenance activities are\u00a0planned and carried\u00a0out according to\u00a0criteria\u00a0of priority, safety\u00a0and continuity of\u00a0service.
\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text css=””]The Managing Entity\u00a0promotes environmentally\u00a0sustainable practices and\u00a0the responsible use\u00a0of resources within\u00a0the Student Residences, encouraging the efficient\u00a0use of energy\u00a0and\u00a0water and the\u00a0reduction of waste.

9. Accommodation Allocation\u00a0Procedures<\/h3>\n

\n– live in a safe, orderly and respectful environment;
